Dear athlets and friends,
On September 5th, 2009, by the Danube river the 15th Belgrade Triathlon Cup will be held. Organizing committee consisted of Serbian Triathlon Union and Belgrade Triathlon Union are inviting you to take part in our big competition.
The total number of the Race competitors will be up to 85 in each cathegory, and we have 44 competitors (37 male and 7 female) that applied so far. Please notice that early aplication (which is until August 22), will result the reduction of 33 % of competition entry fee.
Total Race Prize fund is 5000 Euros. The measuring will be provided by Beam Chip Time company and the main judge will be Mr. Zeljko Pavlovic. From the first result achieved during the race (male or female), the rest of competitors won’t be able to delay more than 9 % of their time, in order to achieve the results for winning the prize money.
 

Start:             12:00 A.M, September 5th, 2009, pontoon start

Swimming:      2 laps, triangular shape race course, crossing the pontoon, swimming in the river (medium speed river)

Riding a bike:  7 laps, streets of Belgrade, with several turns, all traffic free

Running:          8 laps, strait race course, pedestrian free
