PROPOZICIJE

The Balkan Cycling Union, in cooperation with the Serbian Cycling Federation of Serbia, PBD Orlovac, Crna Trava Municipality organizes the 2010 Balkan MTB Championships.

- 31 July      15:00 – 18:00 Official training

                   11:00            Race Secretariat open at Crna Trava Municipality (verification of the                                               licences, distribution of race numbers).

                   20:00 – 21:00 Opening ceremony in Crna Trava center.

- 01 August 11:00            Start of the race (different categories)

- The race is held according UCI regulations for Mountain Bike Races.

- Riders/Team Managers are responsible to verify their names in the race secretariat office in order to receive race numbers before the end of the Team Managers meeting.

- Each rider must carry a frame plate number and a number on his jersey (rear).

- For riders of all categories, a UCI valid licence (issued on 2010, red colour) must be presented to Secretariat.

Gold silver and a bronze medal will be awarded to the first 3 riders. A BCU jersey will be awarded to the first rider.

Award ceremony will be in finish area. The riders with the five best times of each category must present to ceremony, obligatory. At ceremony, all riders must wear race suits.

1. Organizers will take all organization responsibilities but they cannot be responsible for any kind of damage that may occur to one or more participants.

2. The accommodation will be in hotels at Crna Trava city, and in the hotel near the Vlasinsko lake. The teams will be informed about accommodation after their official registration. The organiser will provide accommodation since the dinner of 30th July 2010 till the lunch in 1st  August 2010.

3. The Crna Trava city is situated at the south-east part of Serbia, 90km from Nis city on the south, 45km from Leskovac city, and 64km from Vranje city. The nearest airport is Airport at Skopje -150km.
