Microtrauma, which is tiny damage to the fibres, is seen as the basis for hypertrophy. When microtrauma occurs (from weight training or other strenuous activities), the body responds by overcompensating, replacing the damaged tissue and adding more, so that the risk of repeat damage is reduced. This is why progressive overload is essential to continued improvement, as the body adapts and becomes more resistant to stress.
To mene zbunjuje...ako se tkivo dodaje (tkivo se sastoji iz ćelija) zar se ne uvećava i broj ćelija...?

Skeletal muscle hypertrophy is initiated by microtrauma occurring in the exercised muscle tissue. The cells that make up the tissue (myofibers) are polynucleated, gaining additional nuclei from activated satellite cells, which fuse to the already mature muscle cell. The satellite cells, and the signaling that activates them, are believed to be the secret behind muscle hypertrophy.[6] In an effort to prevent future trauma, the nuclei, whose number has increased due to the signaling created by the exercise and integration of satellite cells, increase synthesis of sarcomeric proteins such as actin and myosin, increasing the size of the myofibrils that make up the sarcomeres contained in the muscle cell. Increased contractile proteins increase the strength of the muscle, contribute toward increased sarcomeric size, and make the muscle, as a whole, look larger. Skeletal muscle cells do not divide; size increases occur only at the sarcomeric level.
Satellite cells are small mononuclear progenitor cells with virtually no cytoplasm found in mature muscle. They are found sandwiched between the basement membrane and sarcolemma (cell membrane) of individual muscle fibres, and can be difficult to distinguish from the sub-sarcolemmal nuclei of the fibres. Satellite cells are able to differentiate and fuse to augment existing muscle fibres and to form new fibres. These cells represent the oldest known adult stem cell niche, and are involved in the normal growth of muscle, as well as regeneration following injury or disease.

Nos u knjigu!Da,da potpuno ste u pravu za misicne celije, one se ne foriraju samo rastu.Ja sam pogresno formulisao recenicu.

hmm ja nikad ali pazite nikad nisam imao probleme sa kilazom...
~190 cm ravno 70kg i tako zadnjih pa jedno 6-7 godina tj. kilaza ide mozda 1kg na svake 3-4 godine, mada to ne bi bas mogao da nazovem gojenjem
ja sam pre dosta pio koka-kolu ali sad jako retko, mozda jednom u nedelju dana..
u meku se uopste ne hranim sem sto pijem sejk od cokolade po nekad (mada ovo se opet ne racuna u ishranu)
bilo je vrlo fino kad sam pre mozda mesec dana seo u mek i okrenuo onaj papir na kome su bili posluzeni sejkovi za mene i druga i tu je bila lista kalorijskih vrednosti... i hahahaha smejao sam se do stanice... sejk od cokolade ima vise kalorija nego big mek tj. on ima najvise kalorija osim neceg pileceg (sto je masno u p.m.)
sto se tice kilaze, jedem "skoro" sve sto mi dodje pod ruku ali sam hehe bivsi atleticar a sada samo rekreativno (mada opet daleko od normalnog rekreativca), trcim oko 10-ak + km na svaka dva dana

nema mali mek,vec samo neka glupa palacinkarica pa bih mogao da jedem mek i dok
sam na odmoru znam da nije zdrav ali jbg sta cu kad volim.a sto se kokakole tice to
kod mene uvek mora da bude u frizideru znaci u svako doba dana i noci pozz =D> =D>
